Join Kate Costello of The Other Tea Lady for an interactive online class showcasing three of our favorite teas from Japan while supporting VOTE NOLA!

We will brew three beautiful loose leaf green teas from Japan. We will dive into the history of tea production in Japan, as well as cover the basics of sensory evaluation. All you need is a way to boil water and a cup or mug, and the rest will be provided.

This class will guide you through the brewing process and talk about how tea is made, the impact of geography and terroir on flavor, and how to make the best possible cup.
