Join Kate of The Other Tea Lady for an interactive online class showcasing three of our favorite teas from China while raising money for a good cause!

In this interactive online workshop, we will brew three artisan-crafted loose leaf teas from China. We will learn about the six types of tea (white, yellow, green, oolong, black, and pu’er), as well as cover the basics of brewing and sensory evaluation. All you need is a way to boil water and a cup or mug, and the rest will be provided.

This class will guide you through the brewing process and talk about how tea is made, the impact of geography and terroir, and how to make the best possible cup.
