White Peony, also known as Bai Mu Dan in Chinese, is a mild white tea made of young tea leaves and tender, unopened leaf buds. Distinguished by being harvested in budsets – one or two leaves and a bud – this tea is perhaps the most delicate of all varieties.
Produced using a gentle and slow air-dry withering process, our White Peony offers a clean flavor with mellow-sweet notes and a mild, floral finish. The leaves themselves are enveloped in a fine, silvery white down – a mark of superior quality. Only lightly processed, White Peony contains a high amount of polyphenols which naturally help strengthen the immune system.

Our White Peony comes from Zhenghe County in Fujian Province, the original birthplace of white tea.
It is harvested from wild arbor tea groves that have been maintained by the same family for decades, allowing the established flora, biodiversity, organic methods and meticulous craftsmanship influence its flavor and complexity.
